OpenCowork ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at opencowork.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit the Site or sign up for early access.

When you join the early access waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Limited technical data: a SHA-256 hash of your IP address, your browser user agent, and the referring URL
This technical data helps us prevent spam and abuse. We do not collect any other personal information unless you choose to provide it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the Site. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
When you join the waitlist, we also record a signup event to measure how the page performs. That event includes the page path and whether the signup was new or already on the list.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you occasional updates about OpenCowork's development and early releases
- Operate and protect the waitlist
- Understand how people discover the project
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for third-party marketing.
Data Storage and Security
Information is stored in Cloudflare D1, a serverless database. We take reasonable measures to protect the data, but no system is 100% secure.
